The "orange" level of weather danger due to low water levels will be in effect in the Moscow Region from September 19 to 22. The Hydrometeorological Center of Russia announced this on Thursday, September 18.

The warning period is until 10:00 a.m. on September 22.

"On September 19, at 8:00 a.m., the start of a dangerous phenomenon (s) "Low level" (minus 250 cm, 105.04 m BS) is expected on the Oka River near the city of Serpukhov, Moscow region, with the danger remaining until 15:00 on September 22," the Moscow City News agency quotes the message.

In turn, Mikhail Leus, a leading specialist at the Phobos weather center, said that rains were expected late in the evening in Moscow on September 18, RT reports.

Earlier, on September 15, in the Moscow region, the "yellow" danger level due to the risk of fires was announced until September 19, according to the website. kp.ru . According to Leus, the fire danger class is growing in the metropolitan area due to the dry weather.
