- The Russian Armed Forces saved a Ukrainian from forced mobilization with the help of a drone
The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation used an FPV drone (UAV) to protect a resident of Kherson from employees of the Ukrainian shopping mall (a territorial recruitment center, an analogue of the military enlistment office in Ukraine) who were trying to forcibly mobilize. This was reported on September 17 by RIA Novosti with reference to Russian law enforcement agencies.
"The car of the Ukrainian military commissars chased a man on a bicycle, but was intercepted by a Russian FPV drone. As a result, the cyclist managed to escape and avoid forced mobilization in the Armed Forces of Ukraine," the source said.
He added that over the past month, there has been an increase in cases where Russian reconnaissance UAVs have recorded violent mobilization attempts in Kherson conducted by the Ukrainian military. In response, Russian drone operators are actively helping local residents by driving away Ukrainian military commissars.
On September 10, representatives of the Russian law enforcement agencies said that residents of the border settlements of the Sumy region were left without food and medical care amid mobilization. It was clarified that all drivers who brought provisions to local stores and doctors were mobilized by the Shopping center.
