In St. Petersburg, a car crashed onto the sidewalk, injuring a woman and two minors. This was announced on September 17 by the press service of the main directorate (GU) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the city and region.

"Police officers are conducting an investigation into an accident on Landscape Street in which minors were injured," follows from a publication on the Telegram channel.

According to police, a man driving a Kia K5 car collided with a Renault Sandero at a forbidding traffic light. Then he ran over three pedestrians standing on the sidewalk. A woman, a seven-year-old girl and a 12-year-old boy were injured in the incident. All three were hospitalized in a moderate condition.

Earlier, on September 16, a woman was injured and hospitalized after being hit by a Gazelle car in Kolomna. It was clarified that the incident occurred at 15:10 Moscow time near one of the houses on October Revolution Street.
