They turned to the state department: assets worth 13 billion rubles were seized from the ex-judge of Adygea
The court confiscated the assets of the former head of the Supreme Court of Adygea, Aslan Trakhov, in the amount of 13 billion rubles. According to the claim of the Prosecutor General's Office, 214 real estate objects, including land plots, residential and commercial buildings, as well as shares in companies, were seized from Trakhov and his close relatives. Earlier in August, Trakhov's daughter Susana Kobleva was arrested. The details of the large—scale case are in the Izvestia material.
The court seized assets of the ex-head of the Supreme Court of Adygea for 13 billion rubles
Assets worth 13 billion rubles were seized from the former head of the Supreme Court of Adygea, Aslan Trakhov, by decision of the Volga City Court of the Volgograd region. The lawsuit was filed by the Prosecutor General's Office.
A source told Izvestia on September 16 that the lawsuit concerned violations of the anti-corruption law and was fully satisfied. 214 real estate objects belonging to Trakhov and his close relatives have been confiscated, funds from the confiscation will go to the budget.
Initially, the claim was filed with the Oktyabrsky District Court of Krasnodar, but at the request of the supervisory authority, the Fourth Court of Cassation transferred the case to Volgograd. According to media reports, this is due to information about possible connections between the Trakhov family in the judicial system of the Krasnodar Territory and Adygea. Initially, the case involved property with a cadastral value of 2.5 billion rubles, but later it was assessed at a market price, and new objects were added to the claim.
Earlier, on August 20, the press service of the Oktyabrsky Court of Krasnodar announced the arrest of Trakhov's daughter, Susana Kobleva, in a case of fraud and money laundering.
According to investigators, she purchased 68 properties worth about 520 million rubles, without having her own income, which could indicate the legalization of her father's corrupt funds. Her ex-husband Alexei Yeremyshko and Alexandra Ageeva were also arrested.
What was confiscated from the family of ex-judge Trakhov
100% of the shares of LLC TC Monorama Adygea and LLC Lucky, which were registered with property worth 5.5 billion rubles, were transferred to the state treasury, Kommersant reports, citing a source.
118 land plots with an area of 26 hectares worth 3.7 billion rubles, 71 commercial buildings with an area of about 13 thousand square meters worth 3 billion rubles, 11 residential buildings with an area of 2.1 thousand square meters worth 1.1 billion rubles and 14 unfinished objects with an area of 3.8 thousand square meters worth 74 million rubles were also seized.
The prosecutor's office found that Trakhov had registered a significant part of the real estate — land plots and houses in Adygea and Krasnodar — for his father-in-law, wife Svetlana Trakhova and son Rustem Trakhov.
The son of the ex-judge previously headed the Prikubansky district court of Krasnodar, then became a judge. Svetlana Trakhova worked as a manager at the Adygea State University and in retirement acquired 25 real estate objects with a total cadastral value of about 80 million rubles, including a house with a plot in Krasnodar and facilities in Sochi. Later, she sold 15 of them for about 40 million rubles.
The judge's daughter, Susana Kobleva, bought 68 properties in Maikop, Krasnodar and Novorossiysk for over 520 million rubles. She sold 27 objects with a cadastral value of 285 million rubles, and used the rest for her beauty salons. After Trakhov's resignation in 2019, the nominal owners of the property began to return assets to the family.
During the trial, Aslan and Rustem Trakhov admitted using their official position for "personal purposes" to purchase real estate and companies that were actually directly related to the judges, but were registered through trusted persons.
