Sobyanin spoke about the re-equipment of the college in Lublin

The program for updating the material and technical base of colleges continues to be implemented in Moscow. An example of a comprehensive re-equipment is the 26 FRAME college, located in the Lyublino district, the mayor of the capital, Sergei Sobyanin, said in his channel in the MAX.

According to the mayor, in this educational institution, together with employers, a "practical training ground was created — specifically for working out skills in brigades, including high-rise ones." For this purpose, repairs were carried out in the premises, the latest equipment was purchased, including laboratory simulators, woodworking machines, painting equipment and compressors.

In addition, Sobyanin said, three innovative training areas have been created — a concrete construction workshop, a carpentry workshop, and a workshop for working out the technological process using the brigade method. "More than 1.5 thousand students will practice in the academic building annually," the mayor wrote.

The renovation of the educational space has been underway at the college since 2023. At the moment, 60 premises have been modernized, Sobyanin said, noting that last academic year, 26 CADRE graduated about 2 thousand specialists.

According to the mayor, over the past three years, 1.5 thousand educational laboratories and workshops have been renovated or created from scratch in the capital's colleges.

More than 140,000 students study at Moscow colleges. As Sobyanin noted, the most popular among applicants this year were specialties in the fields of IT, industry, creative industries, transport and healthcare.

In July, the mayor announced that more than 30 thousand people had received diplomas from the capital's colleges this year. Sobyanin stressed that colleges are now "advanced educational platforms where you can get not only relevant knowledge, but also invaluable practice." "To do this, we are working in tandem with employers: we have already adjusted the curriculum to meet market demands, and we are actively retrofitting college workshops and laboratories," he added.
