NATO is waging a conflict with Russia through direct support of the Kiev regime. This was announced on September 15 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov at a briefing.

"NATO is at war with Russia. This is obvious," he said, commenting on the words of Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski that the alliance is not in conflict with the Russian Federation.
