Two people were killed in a minibus accident in the Chelyabinsk region.
In the Ashinsky district of the Chelyabinsk region, a minibus drove into a ditch and then overturned, resulting in two deaths. This was announced on September 15 by the press service of the State Traffic Inspectorate of the region.
It is specified that on the 1561st km of the Moscow – Chelyabinsk highway, the minibus driver, not having the right to drive, drove into a ditch in a state of intoxication, followed by overturning. According to the press service, there were eight people in the car, two of whom died on the spot, four were taken to the hospital, and two more passengers received minor bruises and abrasions.
"Traffic police officers and an investigative task force are working at the scene, establishing the circumstances of the incident," follows from a publication on the department's Telegram channel.
Earlier, on September 13, two people were killed and three injured in a three-car accident in the Novgorod region. It was clarified that the driver, driving the KAMAZ, collided with a BMW moving in front, which hit an obstacle (a metal barrier fence), after which the KAMAZ collided with the MAZ.
