The Russian Armed Forces are engaged in fierce counter-battles with the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Sumy region. This was reported on September 14 by the TASS news agency, citing a source in law enforcement agencies.

"The enemy is transferring new reserves from the rear areas, as well as mobilized military personnel from training centers who have not completed the full training program," the publication says.
