In the village of Proletarsky, Belgorod region, a civilian was injured as a result of an attack by a drone of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on September 12 by the governor of the region Vyacheslav Gladkov.

"In the village of Proletarsky, Rakityansky district, as a result of the detonation of a drone, a man suffered barotrauma, as well as abrasions to his forearm," Gladkov wrote on his Telegram channel.

According to him, the man received the necessary medical care. In addition, seven municipalities of the region were hit by the drone. Information about the consequences is being clarified.

The tragedy has revealed critical flaws in the system of ensuring the safety of urban infrastructure, experts believe.

On the same day, a civilian died in Belgorod after being hit by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Gladkov added that he expresses the most sincere condolences to the family members of the deceased from all residents of the Belgorod region.
