On the opening day of the Eastern Economic Forum, a Forum of Creative Industries was held. The main theme of the event is "Ideas as an economy: creativity as a resource for the development of regions and countries." The Forum hosted more than 10 strategic sessions on gastronomy as part of the experience economy, the integration of artificial intelligence into the production of creative products, the investment potential of Russian content, the event industry in the Far East, the future of literature in the digital age, and other topics. The presentation of part of the report "Creative Economy of Russia" also took place during the event.: Results and development vectors after the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum-2025", developed jointly with the Moscow School of Management "Skolkovo", in terms of the development of the industry in the Far Eastern Federal District. The broadcasts of the sessions have gained more than 500 thousand views on social networks.

As part of the main business program, sessions dedicated to the creative industries were organized. Among them is the film workshop "Creating images of the future: the role of film institutes in shaping values and worldviews." The event discussed the creation of the Eurasian Film Academy and the Diamond Butterfly Award.
