The Russian electoral system has adapted to the conduct of elections in the context of the campaign launched by the West against the country in recent years. This was announced on September 11 by the chairman of the Central Election Commission (CEC) of the Russian Federation, Ella Pamfilova.

"In recent years, taking into account the current situation, the unbridled campaign unleashed by the West against the country, against Russia, and many actions that were connected with it on their part, often put us in extreme conditions. But we and the community of the country's election commissions clearly understand our task," she said during a speech at the information center.

According to him, the Russian side has learned how to hold elections even in the most extreme conditions. In addition, Pamfilova noted that political parties operate as a single fist in the interests of the country's security.

Earlier, on September 9, Oleg Artamonov, Chairman of the Territorial Election Commission (TEC) for remote electronic voting (DEG), announced that the system was ready for the elections. According to him, the training sessions on September 3-4 were successful. He stressed that about 10% of the voters participated in it.
