The FSB has released a video of the arrest of an Azerbaijani who was preparing terrorist attacks in Stavropol

On September 8, the Public Relations Center of the Federal Security Service (FSB) published footage of the detention of an Azerbaijani citizen who was preparing terrorist attacks in the Stavropol Territory.

"I am a citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan <...>. I came to Stavropol in 2025 for the purpose of earning money. At the same time, I met a representative of terrorist organizations in Ukraine. To prove my loyalty to him, I wrote down the oath <...> and conducted a reconnaissance of state facilities," the detainee said.
