Russian President Vladimir Putin awarded singer Larisa Dolina with the Order of Merit for the Fatherland, IV degree. The relevant decree was published on September 6 on the official Internet portal of legal information.

"Award the Order of Merit for the Fatherland, IV degree to Larisa Dolina, head of the Department of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education Moscow State Institute of Culture," the document says.
