Russia will conduct a respectful dialogue with companies that have fulfilled all their obligations when leaving its market. However, it will be "expensive" for businesses that have "acted dishonestly" to return. This was announced on September 6 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov at the Eastern Economic Forum (EEF-2025).
"They (the departed companies. — Ed.) it will just be very expensive to come back here. They will have to pay for everything — everything that was underpaid back then," he said in an interview with TASS.
