After the closure of large illegal services, the market did not disappear, but on the contrary, it began to split up and quickly reproduce in the form of dozens of free "bots for punching" in Telegram. Artem Izbayenkov, director of the Solar Space cloud cyber defense platform, Solar Group, told Izvestia on September 5.

He noted that such tools are used by professional hackers, as well as scammers and ordinary stalkers.

"Such bots can contain a huge amount of information: from basic data (full name, date of birth, phone number, operator, region) to email addresses, passport data, INN, correspondence, and even phone books with contacts of loved ones. Today, the main danger is that these bases have begun to merge with each other. Scattered leaks form a complete portrait of a person: for example, the actual place of residence is calculated at the pizza delivery address, and travel routes and relatives in other cities are calculated from airline tickets," the expert said.

The risks are fraud and social engineering. The combination of "phone + full name + social media + address" allows you to create very convincing deception schemes. The use of victim tracking services is becoming more common. There is also a threat of disclosure of intimate or personal relationships, contacts with relatives and colleagues. If the victim is an employee of a company, attackers can use this data to access its infrastructure.

In fact, a "penetration bot" is a total surveillance tool that collects a digital profile of a person from dozens of leaks. That is why the Russian Interior Ministry records hundreds of criminal cases: such services threaten both individuals and entire organizations.

The Department for Combating the illegal use of information and Communication Technologies (UBC) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported on August 12 that the transfer of communication to unofficial messengers, frequent changes of banking details, and pressure on the urgency of payment are among the top ten signs of fraud in online purchases. Other suspicious signs are a sudden change in the minimum withdrawal amount, blocking refunds at the checkout stage, abandoning alternative shipping methods, and insurance as a mandatory down payment.
