The expert pointed out the variety of tastes at the Baltika Fest food festival

At the Baltika Fest food festival, people will be able to enjoy a variety of tastes. Irina Fedorova, Director of Corporate Relations and Government Relations at the Baltika Brewing Company, told Izvestia on September 7.

"When we invite guests to a food festival, we assume that people will be able to enjoy a variety of tastes, a variety of impressions, and a reason to communicate," Fedorova said.

The menu will feature almost two dozen culinary masterpieces, including shrimp with garlic and chili, stewed beef brisket, roast beef and grilled sausages with stewed cabbage. The creators of the exquisite menu were three renowned chefs who were inspired by family cookbooks and traditions.

It is noted that the festival will become not only a culinary event, but also a musical celebration. The program includes performances by popular artists, including Marie Crymbreri and the rock band Chaif.

On September 13, the Baltika Fest gastrofestival will be held at the Igora Drive autodrome. The event will be headlined by Russian rock legend Chaif, the cult band of the 1990s and 2000s Avaria Disco and singer Marie Crymbreri.

As part of the large-scale Baltika Fest food festival, dedicated to the 35th anniversary of the Baltika Brewing Company, guests will be offered a unique menu created by three famous chefs with dishes representing five regions of Russia, as well as a musical program with the participation of famous bands.

Guests can enjoy master classes and gastro shows, food and drinks, as well as live performances and interactive entertainment. Tickets for the gastrofestival can be purchased at the online ticket offices and on the website of the Igora Drive complex.

Earlier, on September 3, the schedule of the Baltika Fest gastronomic festival was published. It was reported that the opening of the spectator gate will take place at 14:00. From the same time, activity points will be open until 21:00, as well as the beer pong site and the Baltiki industrial zone.

On August 26, the leader of the Chaif group, Vladimir Shakhrin, in a conversation with Izvestia, noted that over the past 30 years Russia has become very gastronomic, as events such as Baltika Fest bring people together across the country.
