Exeed has deployed the first robot consultant in a dealership in Russia. The humanoid robot, which was given the name Sofia, appeared at the Avtospeccenter showroom in Khimki, Moscow region. This is stated in the dealer's message, which was received by Izvestia on September 5.

Sofia is currently in test operation, and a "large-scale implementation" of autonomous consultants in Russia is planned in the future. The robot was developed based on the technologies of the intelligent AiMOGA platform and uses solutions that were previously used in the development of the Mornine humanoid robot.

The robot is able to communicate with customers: greet visitors, advise on the Exeed line of models, and share information about the brand. It is noted that this is the world's first robot that can autonomously recognize car doors. It is equipped with a 3D lidar, a depth camera and a wide-angle camera.

The day before, it was reported that official sales of the KGM Action crossover are planned to begin in Russia. Sales of cars of this brand (formerly SsangYong) started in the country in the spring of this year, the model range includes crossovers Tivoli, Korando and Torres, as well as the Rexton frame SUV. In the autumn of 2025, KGM cars are to be put on the assembly line at the Kaliningrad Avtotor plant.

All important news is on the Izvestia channel in the MAX messenger.
