Zakharova pointed to the high level of corruption in Ukraine

Corruption in Ukraine is savage, primitive and total. It differs from the "civilized corruption" in the West, which exists in a kind of legislative wrapper. This was announced on September 4 by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, in the Izvestia studio at the Eastern Economic Forum 2025 (WEF 2025).
