Visitors to the Moscow Book Fair talked about the choice of publications at the event

On September 3, visitors to the Moscow Book Fair at VDNH told Izvestia about the wide range of publications at the event.

"I actually found out about him this morning by accident <...>, and decided to come. I was looking specifically for the Wormwood publishing house. And I went there purposefully, that is, I liked what exactly goes in the genre of communication with the buyer, the reader, that is, the guys know something, they probably read it themselves," said Angelina, a visitor to the book fair.

In turn, Nazilini Kogosyan spoke about her love of books and illustrations. According to her, she looks forward to a new exhibition every year and is very happy to see both new editions and reprints of old ones. In particular, the woman was able to find a book on ancient Egyptian art for her grandson. In addition, Kogosyan expressed a desire to organize the event so that it would be easier to get to it.

"I specially came from Astrakhan to this fair. And I try to come here every year, because, unfortunately, the publications that are presented here do not reach the province," said Vladimir Nemchinov, a visitor to the book fair.

In his opinion, the most important problem of the event is to be able to take all the purchased books with you. He buys 20-30 kg of publications every year.

Nemchinov also noted that he likes the fair. In addition, he advised Russians to treat books with great respect and visit such places as often as possible.

The 38th Moscow International Book Fair is taking place in Pavilion No. 57 of VDNH from 3 to 7 September. The event is attended by over 300 publishers from Russia, Belarus, China, India and other countries. The guest of honor was India, which will host over 50 events about technology, AI, yoga, Ayurveda and culture.
