A gastronomic festival will be held in Khabarovsk this week. It will bring together chefs from Russia and friendly countries.
The First International Cooking Competition "Kitchen-on-Amur" will be held as part of the festival. Chefs from not only Russia, but also from China, India, Georgia, Iran and Tajikistan will compete for the title of the best. Their work will be evaluated by a competent jury.
The competition is scheduled for September 5th. And the next day, an award ceremony will be held on the central embankment of Khabarovsk.
Guests and residents of the city will be treated to drinks from the participants of the show. Everyone will be offered soldier's porridge, writes IA AmurMedia.
Earlier, on August 1, Moscow temporarily turned into the culinary capital of the world, hosting teams of the best chefs from the United Arab Emirates (UAE), who came to exchange experiences with Russian restaurateurs.
