Rosgvardiya UAV operators destroyed an AFU tank in the Kharkiv region

Operators of drones (UAVs) of special units of the Russian Guard destroyed a tank of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Kharkiv region. This was announced on August 31 in the press service of the department.

It is specified that the Ukrainian militants used a disguised tank to shell one of the villages of the region.

"During aerial surveillance, special forces soldiers of the law enforcement forces identified the position of enemy armored vehicles and delivered two precise blows to it with FPV drones," the Rosgvardiya Telegram channel says.

According to the publication, the first hit was in the turret of the tank. As a result, the ammunition caught fire. The second strike hit the same part of the APU armored vehicle.

Earlier, on August 21, Rosgvardiya UAV operators destroyed the Starlink repeater of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Chernihiv region. It was clarified that the device was found on a communications tower on the outskirts of one of the settlements. The destruction of the repeater deprived the Ukrainian militants of the opportunity to communicate and adjust their actions.
