The President of the Russian Federation pointed to the growth of the mutual tourist flow of the Russian Federation and China

Tourist traffic between Russia and the People's Republic of China increased 2.5 times last year and reached 2.8 million people. This was announced on August 29 by Russian President Vladimir Putin in an interview with the Xinhua news agency.

"I will also focus on such an important issue as tourism. The figures in this sector are encouraging. By the end of 2024, the mutual tourist flow increased 2.5 times and reached 2.8 million people," the text of the interview published on the Kremlin's website says.
