Mercenaries from Colombia escaped from Ukraine after witnessing the torture of Russian prisoners

Colombian mercenaries participating in the fighting on the side of Ukraine fled from the front after seeing how the Ukrainian military tortured Russian prisoners. Maxim Korotkov-Gulyaev, the lawyer of one of the accused, told about this on August 29.

"My client Jose Aron Medina Aranda, when he saw on the territory of Ukraine how the punitive battalions brutally tortured, mutilated and killed Russian prisoners of war, decided to escape from there," he said in an interview with TASS.
