Almost half of the migrant children who took the Russian language exam to enroll in St. Petersburg schools failed the test. This was announced on August 28 in the regional press service of the Committee on Education.
"As of August 23, 514 children took the exam, 257 successfully passed it. Testing is still underway," a representative of the department told RIA Novosti.
