The scammers have developed a new scheme to steal an account from Gosuslug using intercom codes. This was reported by RIA Novosti on August 28.

The attackers call the victim's phone and give her address, after which they offer to get a personal code from the intercom, with which they can open the front door without using a key. If the victim agrees, a message from Gosuslug comes to her phone with a six-digit code, which, as the scammers assure, will open the door to the entrance.

After some time, the victim receives a call from a fraudster who allegedly introduces himself as the operator of "Public Services" and reports an attempt to hack the account. The attacker asks you to dictate the same SMS code that came earlier as the code from the intercom. After that, scammers get access to personal data.

On August 27, the Russian Interior Ministry announced a new scheme of fraud involving electronic diaries. It is noted that the attackers contact the victims using messengers and introduce themselves as employees of educational institutions or technical support services. Scammers report that in order for the electronic diary to work correctly, you need to confirm your phone number, update your data, or activate your account. Subsequently, they request codes from SMS or send them to a phishing resource. After fraudsters gain access to the data, they can log into the personal accounts of Gosuslug, online banking and other services.
