A court in Moscow has arrested the CEO of Eurostroy in a case of embezzlement during the construction of defensive structures. This was reported on August 27 in the press service of the courts of general jurisdiction of the city.
"By a decision of the Meshchansky District Court of Moscow, the request of the preliminary investigation authorities to choose a preventive measure in the form of detention in respect of Herimyan Edgar Ashotovich was satisfied," the Telegram channel said.
It is noted that the accused was given a preventive measure under Part 5 of Article 291 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation for a period of 1 month and 27 days.
