Investigators have opened a criminal case against a foreigner who attacked police officers in northern Moscow. This was announced on August 27 by the press service of the Investigative Committee (IC) of the Russian Federation.

"The investigative bodies of the Investigative Committee of Russia in the city of Moscow have opened a criminal case against a foreign citizen. He is suspected of committing a crime under Article 317 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Encroachment on the life of a law enforcement officer")," reads a message posted on the Telegram channel.
