US President Donald Trump has said he does not consider Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky innocent of the conflict. He announced this on August 26 during a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of the United States.

"I want this to end (the conflict in Ukraine. — Ed.). I want to achieve this now. It should be borne in mind that not everything is so clear. Zelensky is not entirely innocent either, you know? It takes two people to tango," Trump said.
