One person was killed and another was injured in a fire in a three-room apartment in the Kirovsky district of St. Petersburg. This was announced on August 26 by a source of Izvestia.

According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia, the area of the apartment is 50 sq. m. Previously, the fire also damaged four concrete slabs.

28 specialists and seven pieces of equipment were sent to the fire site. Rescuers continue to extinguish the fire. The circumstances of the fire are being investigated.
