Russians were reminded of the new rules in the field of labor and payments from September 1.

Starting from September 1, the rules in labor legislation and in the field of settlements will change. The new standards relate, among other things, to the payment of night work, the calculation of average wages and the format of cash receipts. Deputy Alexey Govyrin told about it on August 24.

"The main thing for employees is the new rules for calculating night shifts. Now the minimum allowance is fixed federally: at least 20% of the hourly rate or salary, recalculated by hour. If earlier the employer could set less, focusing on their own local acts and the old resolution, now the lower bar is the same for everyone," Govyrin said in an interview with RT.
