A helicopter of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation Mi-8 took off to rescue a tourist group of 10 people who disappeared in the area of the Baransky volcano on the island of Iturup in the Sakhalin region. "The department's board with three rescuers went on a search. On the ground, 28 specialists and eight pieces of equipment are involved in the search and rescue operation," the statement said.
