Temporary flight restrictions have been introduced at Nizhny Novgorod Airport. This was announced on August 23 by the representative of the Federal Air Transport Agency Artem Korenyako.

"Nizhny Novgorod Airport (Strigino): temporary restrictions have been imposed on the reception and release of aircraft," Korenyako wrote on his Telegram channel.

He clarified that the measures were necessary for the safety of civilian aircraft.
