In an interview with Radio 1 on Friday, August 22, Komarovsky noted that the tricolor scale was first mentioned during the construction of the Orel ship, and later the tricolor became the flag of the merchant fleet. However, the path to official status turned out to be a long one — the decision was made only at the turn of the 20th century.
