About 400 children created a large-scale tricolor at the Victory Museum
On August 22, the Day of the State Flag of the Russian Federation, the Victory Museum held a large-scale flash mob. About 400 schoolchildren, pupils of the Summer of Victories children's city club, as well as caring residents and guests of the capital, became its participants.
The bright event began with the shooting of a "folk video" in honor of the Russian flag holiday. The Victory Museum, together with Honored Artist of Russia Denis Maidanov, made a gift to all residents of Russia and recorded a video clip for the musician's famous song "The Flag of My State." Hundreds of children and adults joined the filming of the video. You can see the clip on the museum's social media.
"The celebration of the Russian flag gives us the opportunity to feel like a part of a great power, unites all citizens in an effort to make their country strong and prosperous. Every year our museum organizes events dedicated to this date. And this year, for the first time, we decided to shoot a video for a song dedicated to the Russian flag and make it truly "national". Not only professional singers, but also everyone could sing with their favorite artist," the Victory Museum noted.
The patriotic event continued with a grandiose flash mob. Participants of the Victory Museum's Summer of Victories Club in white, blue, and red T-shirts lined up in a large-scale Russian tricolor and congratulated their native country at one of the capital's iconic historical sites, Poklonnaya Gora.
