Russian President Vladimir Putin has instructed the Russian government to take measures to reduce the delivery time of camouflage nets to the front by October 1. This is stated on August 21 in the list of instructions of the head of state after the inspection of the Popular Front exhibition.

The Cabinet of Ministers has been instructed to develop and implement a mechanism for the purchase and prompt delivery to volunteer organizations that manufacture camouflage nets for the needs of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and the materials necessary for their manufacture.

"In order to reduce the production time and supply of such networks to the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation," the Kremlin's website says.
