The man died on a flight from Moscow to Sochi on flight U6-185. This was announced on August 21 by the press service of Ural Airlines.
"Today, on August 21, during flight U6-185 en route Moscow-Sochi, a male passenger, 56 years old, suddenly lost consciousness," the airline wrote on its Telegram channel.
It is noted that the crew of the aircraft immediately began resuscitation measures, and the crew commander decided to land at Mineralnye Vody airport, but the man could not be saved.
"The medical staff who arrived on board pronounced the passenger dead," the statement said.
Earlier, on December 17, 2024, a passenger died on a Ural Airlines plane flying from Moscow to Chita. The airline added that the return flight from Chita to Moscow had to be postponed due to the work of the police and the Investigative Committee.
