Construction of the Northern Bypass continues in Pskov

Construction of the second part of the Northern Bypass continues in Pskov. The total length of the road facility will be 8,736 km, the Pskov News Feed reported on Wednesday, August 20.

The complex of works includes the construction of a four-lane highway with a bridge over the Velikaya River, a transport interchange at the intersection with the federal highway A-212 and four overpasses.

The contractor is the ETC company under a contract with the Pskov Region Highway Administration. The construction is scheduled to be completed in 2027.

In mid-June, it was reported that the road surface on the Alexander Nevsky Bridge over the Velikaya River would be repaired in Pskov. The cost of the work will amount to 345 million rubles.
