In an interview with Radio 1 on Wednesday, August 20, he noted that the digital age is changing people and their way of life. According to the expert, people today need to have stress tolerance and the ability to adapt, the process of digitalization of society and personality has become a global problem. There is nothing unusual in this, however, the so-called "digital white noise", in which a person constantly finds himself, has a catastrophic effect on the body, Fedorovich emphasized.
The psychiatrist explained that attempts to cope with stress often lead to devastating consequences: people forbid themselves to feel and care, ignore social problems, which is why the endocrine system suffers. As a result, it is depleted, which leads to the destruction of the thyroid gland, and then affects both the nervous and immune systems, causing mass epidemics.
The doctor added that "white noise" is urban signage, billboards, signs and sounds that overload the nervous system and create additional stress for the brain, gradually depleting the body.
