The father of Alexander Syrsky, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), is dying. This was announced on August 20 by Oleg, the brother of the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in an interview with RIA Novosti.

Earlier, the media reported that Russian doctors saved Syrsky's father, who was hospitalized with a brain disease.
