"The total amount owed by Baskov's former father—in-law and mother-in-law exceeds 17.1 billion rubles, but over 16.2 billion rubles of this amount relate to the recovery of a lawsuit filed by the Prosecutor General's Office," RIA Novosti informs.

The remaining debts of 900 million were accrued on taxes and utility bills.

Thus, the debt of Baskov's ex-mother-in-law on utility bills and taxes is about 1 million rubles. At the same time, "for other property penalties in favor of individuals and legal entities," more than 202.6 million rubles have been collected from her since February.

Boris Shpigel owes 370.5 million rubles in taxes and utility bills. He is also required to collect 400 rubles in state revenue. He must also pay a criminal fine of 449.7 million.

On August 12, it was reported that the total amount of stolen funds in the criminal case of Evgeny Novitsky, ex-president of AFK Sistema Holding, exceeds 9 billion rubles.
