Jetour has announced the specifications of the new T1 crossover for Russia
The new Jetour T1 crossover, which will go on sale in Russia in September, will be offered with two powertrains to choose from. The automaker shared details about the technical characteristics and equipment with Izvestia on August 18. Prices have not been announced yet.

The Jetour T1 will be offered with gasoline turbo engines: a four-cylinder 1.5-liter engine with 170 hp (270 Nm) combined with a seven-speed "robot" and a 2.0-liter engine that produces 245 hp (375 Nm) and works with an automatic. In the first case, the drive is front—wheel drive, in the second - full (with a system from BorgWarner). The more powerful unit has the same characteristics as the Jetour T2.
The basic Jetour T1 accelerates from zero to "hundreds" in 10 seconds, the flagship version — in 8.6 seconds. Fuel consumption has been announced so far only for a 1.5-liter unit — 7.8 liters per 100 km. The crossover's fuel tank capacity is 70 liters. McPherson type suspension in the front, multi—link suspension in the rear. An electric power steering system is installed, and ventilated disc brakes are installed in the front.

T1 is 4,705 mm long and has a wheelbase of 2,800 mm. The distance from bumper to bumper of the novelty is 80 mm shorter than that of the T2 model, while the wheelbase is the same. The minimum ground clearance is 190 mm, the angles of entry and exit are 28°, and the depth of the ford is up to 600 mm. The maximum permissible weight of a trailer with a braking system is 1600 kg.
The salon is designed for five people. Four-position lumbar support seats are installed, and there are 45 storage compartments. The luggage compartment is 574 liters (1,455 liters with the rear seats folded). The list of equipment includes double-layer glasses on the first row. You can choose from six body colors and three interior options. The discs are 18- or 19-inch.
