In Karachay-Cherkessia, rescuers evacuated a tourist with an injured leg. This was announced on August 17 by the press service of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations.
"Everything happened near the Baduk lakes. On the way, a 27-year—old woman injured her leg, could not continue the journey," the department's Telegram channel says.
They added that rescuers provided all the necessary assistance to the victim and lowered her to the city of Teberda, where they had already handed her over to doctors.
On August 14, a female diver who disappeared while diving near Moneron Island was rescued on Sakhalin. It was noted that the woman was discovered by a rescue vessel 15 km from the coast and taken to the island of Moneron.
