The Ministry of Emergency Situations has sent an additional group of 100 rescuers from the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations to eliminate the consequences of a fire at an enterprise in the Ryazan region. This was announced on August 15 by the press service of the department in the Telegram channel.

"Rescuers from the Centrospas airmobile detachment of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations and the Noginsk Rescue Center are on their way to the site of search and rescue operations - a total of 100 specialists," the message says.

Six dog training teams and 10 pieces of equipment were sent to eliminate the consequences of the incident. The specialists also have the necessary equipment and tools with them, the department added.

An emergency at a factory in the Shilovsky district occurred earlier that day. Later, a headquarters for the elimination of consequences was established. All the injured were sent to the district hospital. The Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations emphasized that there is no threat to the residential sector. A criminal case has been opened into the incident. According to Pavel Malkov, Governor of the Ryazan region, five people were killed and more than 100 injured as a result of the emergency.
