The leader of the Leningrad group, Sergey Shnurov, supported the decision of the St. Petersburg district court to ban the distribution of five tracks of the group, since these songs are not intended for an audience under the age of 18. This was stated by Shnurov on August 14 in an interview with TASS.

"These songs are not meant for teenagers under 18! I absolutely support the court's decision!" the Leningrad leader emphasized.

He also called restricting minors' access to adult songs a "right and proper" decision.

On the same day, it was reported that the Vasileostrovsky District Court of St. Petersburg banned the distribution of five songs by the Leningrad group on October 8 last year. Among the banned songs are "Candidate", "No ... yn!", "Ch.P.H.", "Smallpox", "Russians". According to the results of the examination, the lyrics violate the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
