In Kamchatka, three teenagers stole a car and caused an accident
As a result of a carjacking and a subsequent road accident in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, three teenagers were injured. This was announced on August 14 by the prosecutor's office of the Kamchatka Territory.
"Three teenagers aged 13, 14 and 15 saw a car near a house on Krasnaya Sopka Street in the regional center. Opening the unlocked door, they got in," the department's Telegram channel says.
It is specified that the young people were able to start the car using the keys from the glove compartment. In the area of Sakhalinskaya Street, one of them lost control, drove off the road into a cliff, and the car overturned. Everyone in it suffered injuries of varying severity.
The circumstances of the incident are being clarified. The regional Prosecutor's Office is conducting an investigation into the theft of vehicles.
The prosecutor's office of Primorsky Krai reported one dead and three injured in a collision between a Nissan Juke and a Toyota Prius in the Kirovsky district. It was clarified that a minor was driving the Nissan. A criminal case was opened into the accident.
