The lawyer told about a way to legally dispose of construction debris from the cottage

The owner of the suburban area is obliged to comply with the norms established by the federal law "On Production and Consumption Waste", as well as regional acts regulating the procedure for the removal and processing of construction debris. This was recalled on August 12 by the Dean of the HSE Faculty of Law, Professor Vadim Vinogradov.

"According to Article 8.2 of the Code of Administrative Violations of Russia, it is prohibited to dispose of construction waste in containers for MSW and to store construction debris in a suburban area. For individuals, such actions can result in a fine of 2 thousand to 3 thousand rubles for the first violation and up to 5 thousand rubles for repeated violations," he explained during an interview with RT.

At the same time, for summer residents, according to him, there is a legal and affordable way of disposal — signing an agreement with a licensed organization that has the right to handle waste.
