It is specified that 42-year-old Matthew Allik felt a deterioration in his health at the end of August 2023. At that moment, he had shortness of breath and swollen legs. He attributed his symptoms to adapting to a new night shift schedule. However, when the man attempted to take at least one step and was unable to do so, his colleague called an ambulance.

"Shortly after arriving at the hospital, the 40-year-old actor and care worker collapsed from cardiac arrest caused by a pulmonary embolism. Within a few minutes, he was declared clinically dead," it follows from the material.
