Revenue of VK Tech, an enterprise software developer, increased by 48% year-on—year to 6.7 billion rubles in the first six months of 2025. This was announced on August 12 by the VK press service.
"Revenue for the first half of 2025 increased by 48.2% year-on-year to 6.7 billion rubles. VK WorkSpace productivity services and business applications showed the most dynamic growth. The number of customers increased 3.1 times year-on-year to 20.4 thousand. New clients include companies in the financial, consumer, transportation, and telecommunications sectors, including DOM.RF, Ostrov, Lamoda, Russian Railways, Beeline," the message says.
Revenue from large clients, in turn, increased by 72.4% year-on-year. The growth is also due to a 25% increase in the number of relevant customers. According to the publication, recurring revenue doubled year-on-year. This is due to the growth of the customer base, which uses On-Cloud services.
"VK Tech is showing steady growth in the first half of 2025. Revenue increased 1.5 times, and recurring revenue doubled compared to the same period last year. The company has achieved high business operating efficiency results: adjusted EBITDA for the first half of the year increased 2.7 times year—on-year, which is significantly higher than revenue growth, and adjusted EBITDA margin has almost doubled," said Pavel Gontarev, CEO of VK Tech.
According to him, the company continues to strengthen its leadership position in the corporate IT solutions market. He stressed that the number of VK Tech customers has more than tripled, and the market and technological maturity of the products ensures high growth rates and increases margins, creating a base for future development.
According to the report, VK Tech's key products are the VK Cloud cloud platform and VK WorkSpace productivity services, which accounted for 70% of revenue in the first half of the year. It is specified that the revenue of the Cloud Platform for the first six months of this year increased by 32.9% year-on-year to 2.7 billion rubles, and sales growth for the supply of On-Cloud amounted to 43.6%.
Revenue of Productivity Services, in turn, increased by 89.2% year-on-year to 2.1 billion rubles, and sales in the On-Cloud format increased 2.5 times. It is specified that the revenue of the Data Services Business Offering areas increased by 0.9 billion rubles and 2.2 times to 1.1 billion rubles, respectively, over the same period.
Earlier, on April 24, VK reported revenue of 35.5 billion rubles for the first quarter of this year. It was clarified that this figure is 16% higher compared to the same period in 2024.
