Three people died as a result of mine explosions that occurred on a beach near Odessa. This was reported on Sunday, August 10, by the Ukrainian newspaper Strana.ua" with reference to the police.

"As a result of the explosion of two mines, there are three dead — a woman and two men," the newspaper wrote on its Telegram channel.

All the circumstances of the incident are currently being established. Investigative and operational groups, specialists of the explosive engineering service and employees of the State Emergency Service (SES) went to the scene.

The police called on residents and guests of the Odessa region to strictly observe the rules of martial law and not to go to those beaches of the Black Sea coast, access to which is prohibited.

The explosion of mines on the coast in the Odessa region occurred earlier in the day. It was clarified that the incident occurred on the Zatok beach near Odessa.
