Grandparents should be able to enter their grandchildren in their passports with their parents' permission. This was announced on August 10 by Sergey Rybalchenko, Chairman of the Commission of the Public Chamber (CC RF) on demography, protection of family, children and traditional family values.

"At one time, we put forward an initiative so that a stamp in a passport could be given even to grandparents with an application from two parents. I think we should return to this," Rybalchenko said.
